Can my rug or carpet be the exact size I want?
Yes, however, most carpets are only available in a maximum of 4m so that is the maximum length or width (ie. you could have a rug of 10m x 4m but not 5m x 5m). Bespoke sizes are available but production time is minimum 12 weeks and prices are considerably higher.
How do I care for my rug or carpet?
Each carpet and rug has its own care instructions depending on the material. We offer carpets and rugs of pure wool, viscose, poly propelene and natural fibres. Some are stain resistent and super durable, others need more care.
What finishings are available for rugs and carpets?
Most rugs and carpets offer a choice of borders, when you choose your rug or carpet, we can show you what borders are available for the chosen style.
How long will it take to get my rug or carpet?
This depends on the supplier. To offer the wide range we do, we work with a number of suppliers. Some are ready within 2-3 weeks, others take a little longer. When you choose your rug or carpet, we can tell you the expected delivery time.
Can I create my own rug or carpet design?
Yes! We offer a totally bespoke service where you can choose the material (wool, silk, viscose), the design (let your creative juices flow!) and the colours you want (we have full colour samples in our showroom in different materials.
Can you deliver my finished rug and / or install my carpet?
Yes! We can deliver locally or, indeed, further afield. Our carpet fitting service is available along the Costa Del Sol. When you place your order simply provide the full delivery address and we can let you know the price for delivery and / or fitting. Once we receive your rug or carpet, we contact you (or your key holder) to arrange delivery and fitting.
